Pacen Makes His Entrance!

Pacen Spencer Pasowisty made his entrance on November 12th, 2009 at 3:45pm. He weighed 8lbs 13oz and is 21inches long! He has light golden brown hair and blue eyes just like his sister did. He pretty much looks like his sister did when she was born, but with a few very different parts! You pronounce his name (Pay-sen) Spencer came up with the name a couple of months ago and I fell in love with it right away. For his middle name we chose to name him after his Daddy beacuse he is our first born son.
Welcome Home Pacen! Abbie welcomed home her little brother the day after he was born...he looks so tiny in his car seat.

Spencer and his baby boy Pacen waiting to go home...his newborn sleeper was so big on him!

Proud Mommy the morning after...I think he is so cute!

Daddy calming down Pacen after his bath...his little lip was quivering from being cold.

The nurse giving Pacen his very first bath.

Grama welcomes her 7th grandchild!

Abbie meets her little baby brother for the first time! She was so sweet to him right from the beginning...she was giving him kisses and stroking his face softly.

The proud parents...thinking "I can't believe we have another baby!"

Mommy in disbelief that she was finally holding her baby boy that gave her so much grief for the last 9 months! Goodbye heartburn, throwing up and not being able to bend over and touch my toes. I am so happy that I am finished with pregnancy.

The first time I got to hold him...it made everything I just went thru all worth it!

Pacen's first picture...Welcome to the world!

Laying there on the "drip" getting induced. They put me on around 10am, contractions started just after 11am. My water broke at noon. By 2pm I was in a lot of pain and only 5cm dialated and wishing I had taken some drugs! By 3pm I was 8cm dialated and ready to go...I have never been in such pain! Spencer ws the best coach and he helped me get through it. At 3:30pm the Dr arrived and told us she had to turn the baby because he was facing the wrong way. It was awful but as soon as he was turned I was able to push him out in about 3 pushes. Spencer was up close and personal..the dr made him hold my leg and help. And then he was out on my stomach and Spencer was cutting the cord!

The last picture of my belly...the morning just before we left for the hospital. I had an appt to get induced. I look tired because I was tired...try sleeping when you know that you are having a baby the next day and you remember just how painful it is!

Baby Room

Yesterday was my last dr's appt...if I haven't had the baby by next Thurs, Nov 12th I am booked to be induced. I am so excitedto stop the heartburn and puking! Everything is all ready...here is his finished room. If you noticed the "P" I'll say that it could stand for Pasowisty or we have chosen a "P" name and you will have to wait a week to find out what his name will be!

Here Comes TinkerBell!

Abbie was Tinkerbell for Halloween this year...she didn't like being dressed up till she realized she got candy for it!

Abbie taking a bite out of a donut at the ward trunk or treat party.

Our reject pumpkin that was free. It was Spencer's responsibility to buy a pumpkin this year and he left it till Halloween...he went everywhere and they were all sold out! Spencer found this one at Superstore to be thrown out because the back side was rotting. Spencer said we saved it and gave it a second chance!

Abbie scored big treat or treating because she is so cute!

Keeping Busy with Daddy

Last week I had to spend three nights in the hospital with the H1N1 flu. It was the first time I was away from Abbie and I missed her so much (spencer too). It was also the first time Spencer has had to watch Abbie all day long for three days...he said "she just doesn't stop!" She definitely tired him out and we were all happy when I could come home.
