The Summer is full of yummy foods!

Abbie discovered corn on the cob and stole Mommy's, for now on she gets her own corn on the cob!

Abbie also discovered fudgicles! Yummy and messy...poor Mommy.

Cooking with Mom

Abbie has to sample the cookie dough to make sure that I put enough butter and sugar in it! That is her favourite part. She even tried the flour once and that was enough!

Abbie and I have been making cookies on fridays...we wear our matching aprons and Abbie is the master taste tester!

Trip to the Zoo

Abbie favourite part of the entire day was going for a train ride right at the end! We had to wait in line and she wanted to get on the train so bad that it was hard to distract her. When it was finally her turn she had the biggest smile and she was going "Choo-Choo" the whole way.

It's a Boy!

Well, we found out 2 weeks ago that we are having a Spencer Jr. We had an ultrasound on June 17th and the technician said she was 95% sure we were having a girl and I was so excited! Then two days later we went for another ultrasound and that technician said we were having a boy! I was a little shocked, but she showed us the "unit" and it was pretty clear that something was there. I am not decorating the room until the end of this month beacuse I have another ultrasound appt and they can confirm it!

Two whole months of FUN!

I have been so bad at updating this lately, but now that my energy is coming back to me I will try to do better. May and June flew by...here are some of the highlights. Abbie continues to love playing outside whenever the weather is nice. She got a new rollercoaster toy and of course it wasn't fast enough the way it was so Spencer had to ghetto rig it! He is slowly turning our daughter into a daredevil.

Abbie and I went to Prince George for a little holiday to visit. We took a four generation picture at church.

Abbie has recently turned into a streaker! I can't keep the clothes on her... This time I came outside and she had all her clothes off and was trying to get the diaper off.

Abbie's first time holding a frog with daddy. Spencer almost ran it over with lawn mower and we had a pet for an hour. Abbie called it rippit.

"Good Morning Mommy" Abbie had gotten into all my makeup at night and in the morning their was a nice surprise for me! She had ruined everything all my eyeshadow, eyeliner....it was a mess!

Day at the lake with Grama and Grandpa, cousins Faith and Nathan. The lake was a little cold and Abbie was not about to get in. She enjoyed playing in the sand with Grandpa.

Abbie had a lot of fun playing in Grama and Grandpa's backyard. Grama was kept very busy!

More fun in the Grama's yard...Abbie would go thru at least 3 pairs of clothes a day because she was always jumping in the pool. Faith and Nathan came over every day.

Abbie playing dress up and eating snacks at Faith's house...These two had a lot of fun together when they weren't arguing over some toy! Abbie can now say Faith, Nathan, Aunty Jeni, and Uncle Richard. She would cry when they would leave to go home every night.

We had to finally buy a lawn mower...This is Spencer's first time mowing our lawn. (He's all grown up)

Abbie loves the bubbles...that bubble machine is always on.

Abbie has changed so much in the last couple of months. She is turning into such a big girl.

Our little Backyardigan is 2!!!

Can you believe our little girl is 2 years old!? Well, I can't! Where has the time gone?

Abbie's Birthday was on May 9th and we had a big Backyardigan party for her. We had a few minor difficulties with the weather just as everyone was arriving for what was suppose to be an outside party and BBQ! But, the rain didn't last long and the kids were back outside....

We built a Backyardigan play fort for the party and the kids had a lot of fun with it...

We tried to get a group picture of all the kids...I think we may have gotten half, it was not an easy task!

Before the party Grama was making fancy balloons for the girls...Abbie is wearing her birthday present from Aunty Amber, we had to sneak it off of her for the party!

The Pablo birthday cake and singing to Abbie....she didn't know what to do with the candle, she tried to touch it! I blew it out and then she stuck her hand in the icing and licked it!

After the party we were all so exhausted! It was a long fun day and we were so happy that Aunty Jen and Grama were there to help out so much!

Abbie's Early Birthday!

When Abbie saw the box to her birthday present from Grama and Granpa's she couldn't wait till her birthday to open it!

Abbie helped her Daddy assemble it...it was a difficult challenge for him!

Abbie knew what her present was from the picture on the box and she had to wait patiently for her Daddy to put it all together.

Once Spencer had the car assembled he pushed her around for almost an hour!

Abbie looked so beautiful in her new Easter dress from Grama and Granpa K! She even let me take some pictures of her!

Spring hit in full season this last week and Abbie made the most of it! All the snow is melted and we are outside everyday....Abbie loves going on her slide!

Gymnastics Graduation

Abbie had her gymnastics graduation and Spencer got to be there to see her get her certificate and show her Daddy all the fun things she does!
